How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 3 to 4 days of purchase. We deliver to all governorates of Egypt.
How do I pay?
We accept cash on delivery.
What is your return policy?
Unopened, unused bottles in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened or sprayed bottles cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at our cost. Refunds are paid by InstaPay or bank transfer within 1 day of receiving your return.
How should I store my fragrance?
Keep the bottle capped and out of direct sunlight and heat. A drawer or cabinet works better than a bathroom shelf.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Not yet. We currently ship within Egypt only.
